Graduate Certificate in Respiratory Care Clinical Concepts

Program Overview

The Graduate Certificate in Respiratory Care Clinical Concepts is designed to provide additional knowledge and skills on advanced diagnostic and therapeutic clinical concepts in the care of patients with cardiopulmonary disorders. The Graduate Certificate is 100% online and requires the completion of 12 semester credit hours.

The certificate program is intended for prospective students who are not ready to commit to a full master’s program, those who wish to gain additional knowledge and skills in areas of leadership and clinical practice concepts, or those looking for professional development. Enrolling in the graduate certificate increases the opportunity to engage with colleagues for a richer learning experience. In addition, interprofessional collaboration opportunities exist for students choosing to complete an elective course. Courses taken in the graduate certificate can be directly applied to the MS in Respiratory Care program with permission from the graduate advisor.
