Out of NC Non-Resident DE Tuition Rate

The Out of NC Non Resident DE tuition rate applies to students who:

• Are determined to be a non resident of North Carolina by RDS
• Are admitted to and exclusively enrolled in an approved DE 100% online program
• Reside outside of the state of North Carolina

Residency is determined through the North Carolina Residency Determination Service. Students need only contact RDS if they are seeking to be designated as a North Carolina resident for tuition purposes, otherwise their status defaults to Non-resident.
